Densimeter Group

The Densimeter Group consists of three separate machines and operates in conjunction with the olive pitting machine.

C - TRANSFER BELT: This belt transfers the pitted olives to the densimeter tank for washing.
D - DENSIMETER TANK: In this tank, any remaining unpitted olives and small particles are separated from the properly pitted ones using density differences. The olives are washed and transferred to the sorting belt. Thanks to the integrated bypass system, accumulated unpitted olives can be easily discharged.
E - SORTING BELT: Washed olives are transferred onto this belt, where a small number of defective olives are manually removed. The belt features lighting and three compartments for separating the selected olives into different sections.
